Jonathan Whiting, Esq.

Attorney Jonathan Whiting has been practicing law since 2013. He has been the principal attorney at Whiting Law since 2015.

He is a member of the Plymouth District Court Bar Association as well as the Massachusetts Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the Federal District Court of Massachusetts.

Outside of work, Attorney Whiting resides in Plymouth and has a passion for real estate, fishing and marathon running.

Amy Macnab, Paralegal

Amy Macnab has been a paralegal at Whiting Law Offices since 2019. Previously, she had an impressive tenure at the Law Offices of Laurie Grant in Plymouth.

Amy is a long time resident of Duxbury and an active member of the community. She served on the Planning Board from 1998 to 2012, serving as Chairperson for seven years. She coauthored Duxbury’s 1999 Comprehensive Plan and served on the committee charged with its implementation and bylaw update recommendations. Amy currently sits on the Board of Selectmen.

Outside of work, Amy and her husband Jamie enjoy spending time with their three daughters, grandson and pup, Maya.
